A new project (started Sept 2004) providing an alternative approach for families and agencies working with children and young people in a crisis situation. It empowers families enabling them to come up with their own solutions that are in the long-term best interest of their child/ren or young person. FRCC is the lead partner with Social Services, Family Welfare, Children’s Fund/On Track, Children’s Rights in.
