Projects

Our projects are designed to engage, support and empowers those that are vulnerable and at risk of social exclusion, isolation and disadvantages.  They also seek to promote self-help, self-management, increase opportunities for personal development, and social and economic participation.  By adopting an holistic approach that values long-term sustainable solutions, each projects enables and places the individual, family or community group at the heart of the transformation process. The long-term solutions are initiated, owned and managed by those seeking change to their critical situation.  Issues that our projects are: -
