Projects
Our projects are designed to engage, support and empowers those that are vulnerable and at risk of social exclusion, isolation and disadvantages. They also seek to promote self-help, self-management, increase opportunities for personal development, and social and economic participation. By adopting an holistic approach that values long-term sustainable solutions, each projects enables and places the individual, family or community group at the heart of the transformation process. The long-term solutions are initiated, owned and managed by those seeking change to their critical situation. Issues that our projects are: -
- Facilitating inner healing, mental and emotional healing for women, men and young people who have lived or living with domestic abuse.
- Empowering parents and their children in education.
- Raising educational levels and aspiration of young people and improving their life opportunity especially those vulnerable or at risk of disaffection and exclusion.
- Securing welfare and rights of vulnerable adults with mental health challenges.
- Empowering families with children at risk to work through their own solutions.
- Providing work experience and training for volunteers.
- Creating opportunities for employment for people from disadvantage groups within the community.
