About Us
We are a registered charity (formerly called Family Matters) that started over 12 years ago as a crisis intervention initiative.
Our initial focus was around the issue of domestic abuse. We provided empowerment activities aimed at men and women in the community who had lived or were living with domestic abuse.
These activities were designed to enable them to break the cycle of domestic abuse in their lives as well as to raise public awareness (including doctors) of the negative impact of domestic abuse.
Although we still provide intervention activities that target domestic abuse within the community, we have further expanded our operations.
